We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the excellent breakfast, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location. We were impressed by the variety of food options at breakfast, from fresh fruit to cooked dishes. The hotel itself was well-maintained and spotless. The staff were always willing to assist us with any requests or questions. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the city and surrounding attractions.

This modern hotel located in a wonderful area was a luxurious stay. The staff was attentive, and the Spa & wellness centre was beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool was heated, and the sun terrace was the perfect place to relax. The restaurant was exclusive, and the private facilities were amazing, making us feel like celebrities.

Despite the expensive price, this hotel had a minor issue with the service in the restaurant. The kids' menu was not available, and there were not many choices.

The hotel is part of a vineyard, which includes a great wine tasting experience. The view of the surrounding countryside is stunning. The location is convenient, only a short drive away from a charming town with lots of cultural and tourist attractions.

The restaurant, although lacking a kids menu and having limited choices, offered delectable dishes that satisfied our taste buds. The absence of room service was a bit inconvenient, but it encouraged us to explore the local dining options. We were delighted to be part of the Vinedos San Lucas experience, and overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was the only positive point, as it was near a city in Mexico that had some charm. However, the room was uncomfortable with a malfunctioning TV and internet, there was no room service, and the restaurant was bad, with limited food options. The hotel had also recently opened so there was a lot of work to be done.

During my xmas stay at a new hotel, I appreciated the charming ambiance. The hotel has appealing outdoor amenities and elegant onsite dining. the hotel's proximity to the town was a plus point.

The hotel was expensive in terms of the level of service and comfort provided to guests. The management seemed unprepared, the TVs, and the internet connection were not functional during our stay.
